High School Credit
Students receive 1/4 credit of Religious Education on their high school transcript each year they participate in St. Helena's Religious Education program. Grade 9 & 10 requirements are structured to fulfill confirmation requirements and must be completed as such with the decision to be confirmed to be determined by the student. Grade 11 & 12 is a flexible combination totalling 30 hours of continuing education through the St. Helena's GIFT program, other parish events or diocesan events and/or ministry/service work through St. Helena's. Students participating in the Confirmation PREP program receive 24 of those credits from class work and retreat. Students must complete the additional 6 credits after Confirmation to receive 11th grade high school credit.
